To request a refund, submit a request through the contact form within 30 calendar days of purchase and include the order details needed to locate the transaction.

Consulting, coaching sessions, custom implementation services, strategy work, software setup, workflow design, CRM configuration, AI implementation, and other service-based work are not refundable once purchased or scheduled unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. These services reserve time, planning, and operational resources.
Subscriptions and Software-Related Services
Subscription cancellations generally stop future billing after cancellation is processed. Subscription fees already paid are not automatically refundable unless checkout terms, platform terms, or a written agreement provide a specific refund right.
